You can be confident in knowing that if you choose Soteria Worx for your next project, you will not be disappointed in our work or our work ethic. This is because our commitment to serve you is backed by our “100% Customer Satisfaction, 100% of the Time” Customer Satisfaction Promise.

It’s a big promise, we know. But, our Customer Satisfaction Promise is inspired by our company’s customer service directive. Be willing to give 200% if that is what it takes to make a customer 100% satisfied. We will not feel that the job is done until YOU are 100% satisfied with the work you have contracted us to do.

Yes, we know there will be customers who may take advantage of our Customer Satisfaction Promise. But, it’s OK. Our WHY overshadows any disappointment we may face when we have difficult or hard to please customers. Our goal will always be to make you 100% satisfied or make it up to you the next time you choose to allow us to serve you.

How much (or how little) we may get paid does not impact our commitment to make a positive difference in the world through the social initiatives we support. Helping the poor in the communities we serve, mentoring at-risk teens into success, or rescuing children out of sex slavery – this is why we do what we do.
