Our future depends on your complete satisfaction for the services or work we provide for you. When you are happy, we are happy. If you are not happy with our work, we are not happy. We want to see that you are happy with our work, so if you have a problem with the quality of our work, please let us know immediately – whether verbally or in writing – and if at all possible, we will do whatever is within our power to make things right and leave you 100% satisfied with your experience with Soteria.
Our Guarantee is simple. We will not stop working to make you happy until YOU say you are happy with the work you have contracted us to do. We want 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time, and are willing to give 200% effort in the pursuit of making sure that you are 100% satisfied.
Soteria warrants all workmanship of the services we provide for six (6) months from the date of the completion of Services rendered under this Work Order when our project recommendations and care instructions have been adhered to by our Customers, unless it is the result of your neglect, your lack of proper care, and/or our prescribed upkeep and maintenance recommendations. If any defect in Soteria supplied supplies, materials or workmanship prevents you from being totally satisfied, Soteria will repair or replace, free of charge, including materials if the defect is the result of substandard workmanship by Soteria.
This Warranty becomes effective when work is completed by Soteria. Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period. This warranty does not apply to materials warranted by the manufacturers of respective equipment, appliances, materials, and supplies. This warranty is void if the Customer or any third party in any way modifies the work performed by Soteria, or where prohibited by law.
Although Soteria will provide its best effort to perform all work in accordance to best practices for the Services provided, Soteria excludes from its warranty any defects in or failure of substandard or poor quality materials or supplies provided by you for application or installation, including but not limited to, selections relative to quality, color, type, and finish/texture of materials, paint, varnishes, stains, supplies, cleaning products, accessories, furnishings, appliances, and installed mechanical equipment, all of which are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Soteria cannot warrant the application of materials and supplies that are not recommended by or provided by Soteria.
