Here’s an overview of how our Customer Rewards Program works.
Once you have become a paid customer Soteria Worx, you are eligible to register for our Customer Rewards Program.
Each time you share your satisfaction and happiness about Soteria Worx with someone you personally know (a friend, family member or neighbor), we reward you. When we speak to a new customer about doing work for them, we ask two very important questions at the beginning of our interview process. 1) Is this your first time using Soteria Worx, and 2) do you have a name of someone who personally referred you to our company, because we would like to reward them for helping us spread the word about our company?
Rules and Conditions (the not so fine print)
Soteria Worx (“Soteria”) offers our paid customers a rewards program for their willingness to share about their experience with Soteria with others. When a customer shares about Soteria and the person who our customer talked to about Soteria becomes a new first time paid customer, we reward our referring customer for doing it.
We are committed to helping our paid customers (you, your) make the most of your willingness to promote Soteria Worx LLC (Soteria, we, us, our) to your friends, family and colleagues. Soteria’s Customer Rewards Program (Program) gives us an opportunity to reward you for your efforts. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) outline how we do it. These Terms provide you with the rights you have as a referring customer and any obligations that you have if you participate. It also includes the rights and obligations we have.
These Terms are not complicated or too technical, and many of the terms are in the form of questions that are most often asked by customers. They all serve as a way to protect you and us from having any misunderstandings about what we are endeavoring to do in making it worth your while to tell others about Soteria.
What do we offer?
Soteria offers Customer Rewards Program coupons to paid customers of Soteria for referring other new first-time paid customers to Soteria.
How does the coupon program work?
When you refer someone you know personally to Soteria who becomes a first-time paid customer, we will reward you five percent (5%) of the total contracted amount of the work we perform, which can be redeemed with your next paid service with Soteria.
What is the value of the coupons I receive?
The redeemable value of each coupon is based upon the total percentage earned for your personal referral, i.e. 5% of their total contracted price the first time they use Soteria Worx, but coupons can only be used towards work you hire Soteria to do for you. There is no cash value for the coupons if you want to personally redeem your coupons with Soteria.
What can my coupons be used for?
Coupons may be redeemed in part or in full with Soteria for any labor portion of any contracted work performed by Soteria up to a maximum of thirty percent (30%) of the total labor charges for any particular contracted work. You can also choose to donate your coupon to any one of the three social initiatives that Soteria supports as a social enterprise.
How do I donate my $45 coupon to a charitable cause in the form of a cash donation?
Soteria is a social enterprise. We are passionate about three social initiatives and want to actively fund and/or support these initiatives. If you would like to donate your coupon(s) to any of the three social initiatives we support, we can do this on your behalf. Please send us an email and let us know if you would like to do this. Once we get your approval to redeem your coupon on behalf of one of our social initiatives, we will convert your rewards coupon(s) into real money and make sure that it gets to one of our social initiatives you have chosen.
How many coupons can I redeem at one time?
You can redeem as many coupons as you have been rewarded as long as the total redeemable value of the coupons redeemed is not more than thirty percent (30%) of the net contracted labor charges for the work completed by Soteria. By net contracted labor charges we mean all charges of a job contract that are the labor portion of the contract. It does not include subcontract labor services we may require to complete your work.
Could you give me an example of how I can use my Customer Rewards coupons?
As an example, if you had referred ten paying first time customers to Soteria, you would have $450.00 in program coupons. They can all be applied to any work you contract with Soteria to do as long as the $450 in coupons are equal to or less than 30% of the total labor charges.
Let’s say you contract us to paint the interior of your home and the total labor portion to paint the interior of your home was $1,500. When you redeem your coupons, the cost of the labor for painting your home would be $1,050 and not $1,500 – a $450 savings. If the labor for a painting contract is $2,450, and you redeemed 20 coupons ($900 value), the labor charges would be $1,715 – a $735 savings (30% of the contracted labor) and you would still have $165 in Rewards that you can use towards your next contracted service with Soteria.
What happens to whatever balance that is left over on a coupon that I redeem?
If you redeem your coupon(s) and there is a balance remaining on your coupons, you can have the balance of any portion of a coupon applied to your next contracted service with Soteria (see example above).
Will I get an actual physical coupon from Soteria?
Not at this time, but we may at our option, start providing physical coupons which will become legal tender for our services in accordance to these Rules and Conditions. At this time, our coupons are digital. Each issued digital coupon has a unique customer referral number, along with your customer account information, and an embedded security feature. The customer referral number is tied directly to the account of the customer you referred to Soteria and every customer referral number is unique to the job that the coupon was issued for. In other words, you don’t have to worry about someone stealing your rewards or your rewards being mistakenly given to someone else. They are yours to keep and use.
When will I receive my coupon?
Your digital coupon is emailed to you once the customer you referred is a paid customer. A paid customer is someone who has paid Soteria in full for the work they contracted with Soteria to have done.
Can the redeemable value of coupons change?
The amount printed on any coupon that you receive from Soteria is what it is redeemable for. Should we determine that we want to offer more or less for a customer referral in the future, we have the right to do so, but it will not impact the redeemable value of any coupon(s) you have already earned.
The value of your coupon is recorded in our accounting system along with your customer number and the customer referral number unique to your customer account with us. So, if you lose your digital coupon, you have not lost your rewards. Think of the digital coupon as a tangible way to let you know we have added money to your account for any future work you have Soteria do for you.
How can I find out how much my Customer Rewards Program earnings are and/or what my balance is?
Beside that of simply checking your email correspondence with us, we periodically send out emails and/or texts to our customers who are enrolled in our Customer Rewards Program to remind them of their rewards with us. The link you receive in your email or text message will be to your Customer Rewards Program account ledger. It will detail, 1) the names of those you have referred to Soteria who have completed our Prospective Customer Survey (the “How Can We Help You” form on our website), 2) the total amount of the rewards you have earned from first-time customer referrals, 3) the total rewards you have redeemed, and 4) the balance of your rewards remaining.
What if I have deleted the emails you sent me with my rewards coupon(s)?
If you need us to do more work for you, we recommend that you complete a new “How Can We Help You” survey form, we will use your customer number from the form and link your available rewards with your customer account to your new work order. When this happens, we will let you know how much your available rewards are at the time we contact you about the proposed work you want us to do.
Can the coupons be redeemed for cash?
There is no redeemable value of coupons beyond being used for contracted work with Soteria? In short, they cannot be cashed in for real money, unless it is for the express purpose of having us donate your rewards in the form of cash to one of our three social initiatives.
Can coupons be used to pay for job materials, supplies, equipment, equipment rentals, or other non-labor expenses with Soteria?
Coupons cannot be used to pay for materials, supplies, equipment, equipment rentals or any other non-labor expenses related to any contracted work with Soteria. Coupons are redeemable only towards labor charges.
Is there a limit to how many of my friends and family I can refer to Soteria?
No. A Program participant can refer as many people as they know personally to Soteria and receive reward coupons for every single person they refer to Soteria when their referral becomes a paid customer of Soteria.
What is a personal referral?
A personal referral is someone that an enrollee in the Program knows personally who needs any of the services that Soteria personally offers.
What is a paid customer?
A paid customer is someone who has had contracted work done by Soteria and who has paid for our contracted services in full.
Is there an expiration date on the coupons of this Program?
There is no expiration date on the Program’s coupons for as long as the Program is active.
Is the Customer Rewards Program legal?
There is no law against rewarding customers for their willingness to tell others about their positive experience with any company. This is a discount coupon program just like any other coupon program. However, we do not want to do anything that would tarnish our good name.
If there is any law prohibiting the use of a referral program like ours where you live, this program will be deemed void where prohibited by law and you are hereby notified not to use it.
Can the Customer Rewards Program be canceled by Soteria?
Soteria reserves the right to terminate this Program and any benefits it may offer at its sole discretion. We will give ever coupon holder at least thirty (30) days notice before we cancel our Customer Rewards Program and fully honor any coupons up until the date we have determined to be the final date of eligibility for a customer to redeem their coupon(s).
In other words, if we decide this Program is over, it is over. There is no financial or legal recourse for any customer or any representative of any kind for any customer. Again, as an act of good faith, Soteria will attempt to notify every customer using their last email of record in our customer records who has unredeemed rewards coupons and give them thirty (30) days to redeem their coupons. Beyond this, all participants in this Program, past and present, agree to forfeit any coupon value – perceived or otherwise – upon the termination of this Program by Soteria.
Are there any other terms or conditions to this Program?
As applicable, these Rules and Conditions are a supplemental to all other Terms that may be found on our Website under the Notices section of our website, all of which are to be considered a part of this Program and binding upon both parties (Soteria and you). There are no other warranties or guarantees, implied or otherwise, that govern this Program.
When the person you have referred becomes a first-time paid customer of Soteria Worx, we will reward you with a Customer Rewards Program (CRP) coupon for five-percent (5%) of the total contracted labor services for all paid services we have provided your referral. This is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow our business. The more our business grows, the more social good we can do in our community and around the globe.
Is there any other way that I am use my rewards coupons that I earn?
You can designate that your rewards coupons be converted into cash and donated to one of the social initiatives that Soteria Worx advocates for. Choose the initiative would you like to support and we will make a contribution to them in your behalf.
